Florida law requires all contributions to be reported. You MUST include the following in the payment notes/memo:
- Your full name
- Your complete address
For contributions over $100, you must also include:
- Your occupation
- Your employer
Contributions without required information cannot be accepted and will be returned.
Florida Campaign Finance Disclosure
- The maximum contribution per person, per election is $1,000.
- In-kind contributions (goods or services) count toward the $1,000 limit.
- Cash contributions are limited to $50 per contributor — anything above must be paid by check or trackable digital payment.
- Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
- All contributions are reported to the Flagler County Supervisor of Elections and become part of the public record.
- Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from contributing to U.S. political campaigns.
